Meet the company Directors, Ed Evans and Alex Jones. Importantly, both Directors are long term Landlords themselves with strong records of experience serving the professional sector
Ed's background is in Management Consultancy, previously operating in a corporate multi-stakeholder environment with a multitude of high-calibre clients and professionals. The concept and framework for the business was developed from Ed, realising that there were significant difficulties for talented professionals relocating to the region, striving to find top quality shared accommodation. It simply didn’t exist, or at least, it was very limited, when the business was started in 2013.
Alex’s background is that of a Senior Lettings Manager and long-standing Landlord. Alex spent many years developing specialist market knowledge and an extensive skillset within the industry. Having fed his passion for property via investment during his Agent career, Alex teamed up with Ed, with the aim of creating a truly standout service across Cheltenham for professionals and Landlords alike.
